Queer couple Margo and Dan take a trip out east to stay at Margo's cousin's rental home in the Hamptons. Their picturesque vacation is soon interrupted by the arrival of a strange unexpected neighbor, The Clammer. He confronts Margo about their heterosexual-passing relationship. His intentions turn malice after she rejects his offer to hang out. A self absorbed identity crisis ensues, taking priority over their safety. When The Clammer returns, Margo and Dan are left in a cliff hanger, held prisoner by this stranger because of their inability to look outside their own constant internal diagolues to defend themselves.
